How booking works

From enquiry to a confirmed bed in three steps

There is no live booking engine here and no hidden inventory. You send the dates, a named trip designer checks the resort operator's own availability, and you receive everything in writing before a single hryvnia is paid.

  1. Send the enquiry

    Tell us the resort, travel dates, group size and ability level. If you are unsure between Slavske and Pylypets, say so and we will compare the current snow depth and lift status at both before recommending one.

    Answered within one working day, including weekends during the season.

  2. Receive a written quote

    You get a single document: accommodation options with dated rates, included and excluded items listed line by line, and the transfer time from the nearest station. Nothing is charged at this stage and the quote holds for 72 hours.

    The document ends with your designer's name and direct contact details.

  3. Confirm and pay

    Approve the quote and we reserve the accommodation and equipment directly with the operator. A deposit secures the dates, the balance is due 14 days before arrival, and your confirmation lists every booking reference.

Answers before you commit to a Carpathian week

These are the questions our Kyiv designers answer most often, written out in full. Anything still unclear is best handled through the enquiry call to action or the enquiry form.

What does a quote from you actually include?

Every quote is an inclusion list, not just a number. Included: accommodation at the named property, lift passes for the stated number of days, and the resort transfer from the agreed meeting point.

Excluded: ski and board rental, lessons, mountain lunches and travel insurance. If a line is not on the inclusion list, treat it as excluded and ask before you pay.

How do deposits and final payment work?

A deposit of 30% per person confirms the booking and holds the beds. The balance is due 21 days before arrival. We accept bank transfer in UAH or EUR and issue a receipt under our EDRPOU registration code.

Card payment is not offered for group bookings; the transfer reference must match the lead traveller's name.

What happens if we need to cancel?

Cancellation runs on a sliding scale by date, never on a flat fee. The full schedule sits in the Cancellation and Refund Policy, and the payment mechanics are set out in our Booking Terms and Conditions.

Changing traveller names rather than dates is usually free up to 7 days before arrival.

Are transfers to the resort included?

Yes, on the arrival and departure days, from the meeting point named in your quote. Vehicles are chain-equipped and drivers know the winter roads.

For Dragobrat, the final stretch is an unmade road section, so we transfer you into a 4x4 on the last climb. Mid-stay runs to a different resort are excluded.

Where do your snow and lift figures come from?

Resort operator bulletins, groomer reports and our own on-slope checks. Every figure on this site carries the time and date it was compiled, so you can see how fresh it is.

When sources disagree, we publish the lower number and say so.

Which resorts do you book, and what are their weak points?

Slavske, Pylypets, Bukovel, Dragobrat and Izky. We also name the drawbacks: short slopes at Slavske, thin lower runs at Pylypets in a thaw, and the slow final road to Dragobrat.

If your group is beginner-heavy or wants long groomed runs, we will steer you to the resort that fits.
