When you submit a booking enquiry we collect your name, email, phone number, travel dates, destination, number of travellers, and any message you provide. We also collect technical data such as IP address and cookie identifiers.
3. Legal basis and consent
We process personal data under Law of Ukraine No. 8153-IX 'On Personal Data Protection' dated 17.10.2024. Processing is based on your consent, which you give when submitting an enquiry, and on the performance of a distance contract under Law of Ukraine No. 675-VIII 'On Electronic Commerce' dated 03.09.2015.
4. Cookies
We use strictly necessary cookies to operate the site. Non-essential cookies (e.g. analytics) are set only with your prior informed consent under Law of Ukraine No. 1089-IX 'On Electronic Communications' dated 16.12.2020.
5. How we use data
We use your data to respond to booking enquiries, prepare tourism service contracts under Law of Ukraine No. 324/95-VR 'On Tourism' dated 15.09.1995, and meet legal obligations. We do not sell your data.
6. Sharing
We may share data with tour operators, hotels, and payment providers strictly to fulfil your booking. We do not transfer data outside Ukraine without appropriate safeguards.
7. Retention
We keep enquiry data for up to 3 years from last contact, or longer if required by law.
8. Your rights

9. Complaints
Under Law of Ukraine No. 3153-IX 'On Consumer Protection' dated 10.06.2023 you may complain to the State Service of Ukraine for Food Safety and Consumer Protection or to court.
