Booking Terms and Conditions
These terms govern enquiries and bookings with daemonrun.com for ski and travel services.
1. Who we are
daemonrun.com is operated by LLC, 15B Ivana Franka St, Kyiv, 01054, Ukraine, EDRPOU 37294916, contact@daemonrun.com, +380 984 011 8621, a travel agency under Law of Ukraine No. 324/95-ВР 'On Tourism' dated 15.09.1995.
2. Enquiry to booking
An enquiry is not a confirmed booking. A contract forms only when we confirm availability and you pay the deposit. Pre-contract information is given under Law of Ukraine No. 675-VIII 'On Electronic Commerce' dated 03.09.2015 and Law of Ukraine No. 3153-IX 'On Consumer Protection' dated 10.06.2023.
3. Price, taxes and payment
The total price includes all mandatory taxes and fees; optional extras are shown separately. A deposit secures your place, with the balance due before travel. Card and bank transfer are accepted.
4. Cancellation and refunds
Cancellation rules and any fees are stated in your confirmation. Refunds go to the original payment method and your statutory rights are unaffected.
5. Package travel and complaints
Package bookings carry the rights set by tourism law. Complaints: contact@daemonrun.com, the State Service of Ukraine for Food Safety and Consumer Protection, or a court, under Law of Ukraine No. 3153-IX 'On Consumer Protection' dated 10.06.2023.
6. Privacy and cookies
We process personal data under Law of Ukraine No. 8153-IX 'On Personal Data Protection' dated 17.10.2024. Cookies require prior consent under Law of Ukraine No. 1089-IX 'On Electronic Communications' dated 16.12.2020.
