1. General

These Terms govern use of daemonrun.com (the Site), operated by daemonrun.com LLC, 15B Ivana Franka St, Kyiv, 01054, Ukraine, EDRPOU 37294916, contact@daemonrun.com, +380 984 011 8621. By using the Site you agree to these Terms.

2. Booking Enquiries

Booking enquiries are requests only; no contract is formed until we confirm availability and you accept our offer. Pre-contract information is provided before any distance contract under Law of Ukraine No. 675-VIII 'On Electronic Commerce' dated 03.09.2015 and Law of Ukraine No. 3153-IX 'On Consumer Protection' dated 10.06.2023. We are a tourism service provider under Law of Ukraine No. 324/95-VR 'On Tourism' dated 15.09.1995.

3. Cancellation & Refunds

Cancellation and refund rules depend on the specific travel service and are disclosed before booking. You may cancel within 14 days of a distance contract for most services, except where the service is scheduled for a specific date (e.g., ski holidays). Complaints are handled within 30 days.

4. Personal Data & Cookies

We process personal data under Law of Ukraine No. 8153-IX 'On Personal Data Protection' dated 17.10.2024 and use cookies under Law of Ukraine No. 1089-IX 'On Electronic Communications' dated 16.12.2020 only with your prior informed consent, except strictly necessary cookies.

5. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing limits your statutory consumer rights.

6. Complaints & Disputes

You may complain to the State Service of Ukraine for Food Safety and Consumer Protection and/or to court under Law of Ukraine No. 3153-IX 'On Consumer Protection' dated 10.06.2023. Governing law: Ukraine.
