What happens next

From enquiry to a written quote in three steps

Every enquiry goes to a person, not a queue. Here is the sequence, and the documents you will have in hand before any money changes hands.

1. Step 01

   A named trip designer takes your file

   Within one working day an enquiry is assigned to a specific trip designer. Their name and a direct contact line sit at the top of every reply, and an initial monogram stands in for a portrait, so you always know who is answering you.

2. Step 02

   You get a written quote with full inclusions

   The quote lists resort, dates, accommodation, lift passes, transfer times and price per person. Inclusions are marked with a check and exclusions with a cross, in the same fixed format on every line. If something is not in the price, the document says so.

3. Step 03

   Deposit terms, then confirmation

   A 15% deposit holds your dates and rooms. The balance falls due 30 days before arrival. Cancellation windows and any resort-side charges are set out in the booking terms, and you read them before paying, not after.

Quotes are valid for 72 hours because Carpathian and Alpine accommodation releases rooms back to the pool quickly. Deposits are taken by card or bank transfer from a Ukrainian account.
