Cancellation and Refund Policy
1. Scope and legal basis
This Policy covers ski travel bookings made with daemonrun.com LLC. It is part of the pre-contract information required by Law of Ukraine No. 675-VIII 'On Electronic Commerce' dated 03.09.2015, Law of Ukraine No. 3153-IX 'On Consumer Protection' dated 10.06.2023, and Law of Ukraine No. 324/95-ВР 'On Tourism' dated 15.09.1995.
2. Cancellation by you
Cancel by email to contact@daemonrun.com or by phone at +380 984 011 8621. The cancellation date is the day we receive your notice. Refunds depend on the days before departure:
- 30 days or more: full tour price, less non-refundable supplier fees;
- 15–29 days: 50% of the tour price;
- 7–14 days: 25% of the tour price;
- under 7 days or no-show: no refund.
These fair terms do not limit your statutory rights.
3. Supplier fees
Airline, hotel, transfer, ski-pass, insurance and visa fees are set by third parties and may be non-refundable. We deduct only fees actually incurred and disclose the amount on request. Any supplier waiver is passed to you.
4. Changes by us
If we cancel a confirmed tour, choose a full refund or an equivalent alternative. If we materially change a key term, you may cancel without a fee for a full refund.
5. Refund processing
Approved refunds are paid within 14 calendar days to the original payment method. Bank or payment-provider charges may apply.
6. Complaints and disputes
Send complaints to contact@daemonrun.com; we reply within 14 days. You may complain to the State Service of Ukraine for Food Safety and Consumer Protection and/or apply to a court under Law of Ukraine No. 3153-IX 'On Consumer Protection' dated 10.06.2023.
7. Data and cookies
We process personal data under Law of Ukraine No. 8153-IX 'On Personal Data Protection' dated 17.10.2024; non-essential cookies need prior consent under Law of Ukraine No. 1089-IX 'On Electronic Communications' dated 16.12.2020.
